Our program currently has 6 residents per year (6-6-6) and we are progressively expanding the core program to 7 per year (7-6-6, then 7-7-6, then 7-7-7) starting the summer of 2009. We are also developing a rural track starting 2010 (7/1-7-6, then 7/1-7/1-7, etc) so there will be 24 total residents by 2012. The rural track resident will spend intern year in Pocatello with the core program, and then will spend 2nd and 3rd year in Rexburg. The number of faculty will be expanding accordingly.
